One of the members of the miraculous poker family of Mizrachis, Michael, has been having difficulties recently that demanded seeking a resolution in court. The professional poker player who ranks amongst the best in the world signed a contract with Deliverance Poker who counted on him as their representative. However, as the court resolved, the contract has never come into full legal force due to its wording and Mizrachi’s later decision to leave Delavare and represent Full Tillt instead who probably had a more tempting offer up their sleeve was therefore absolutely OK. Deliverance poker claim that due to Mizrachi’s behaviour they have basically lost business opportunities and their reputation has been harmed. The case might still be appealed.
